Refund policy

Return:

We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Support@galleriadesign-me.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the originated address: 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Item with modifications to color or alteration to the original manufactured model will not be eligible for return. The company's warranty becomes void for any changes made. Product warranties are solely provided by the manufacturers, subject to review and approval by quality control department. The manufacturer would be responsible for damages or losses incurred by the end user if approved, as per the complaint and report review process.

Refunds:

Refunds can only be requested if the items received are defective/damaged, incorrect or faulty upon delivery and we are unable to repair or replacement the item. We will require photos of the damaged, incorrect or faulty goods within 24 hours of receiving the item and must be returned within fourteen (14) days of the date of purchase.

Once your returned item is received with supporting documents and inspected, we will send you an email/message to notify on our receipt of the returned item. We will also update you on the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit in the purchase amount will be automatically applied to your credit card (or original method of payment) within a certain amount of days. Alternatively you may opt for store credit in the equivalent amount. Your store credit voucher will need to be used within 6months.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases or items with opened boxes and are used or not in original packaging. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping & Handling of Return Items

We do not refund shipping costs and you will be responsible to pay to return the item(s). The returned item(s) needs to be in the same condition as received and in same packaging.

Late Or Missing Refunds

Kindly note that in the GCC countries it may take 14 or more days before your refund is officially posted. If you haven’t received your refund within this timeframe, first check with your bank/credit card company in case the monies have been received but not posted.

Important Notification:

All of our projects and custom collections are created upon request. Please ensure your complete satisfaction with the product before making a purchase, as each indoor and outdoor material used will have variations. Natural materials such as wood, rugs, carpets, and fabric dye lots may have differences in color and grain, resulting in a unique and distinct product. Our handmade products are not mass-produced in a factory, and may have slight variations due to the use of natural materials. Outdoor teak root table and products are long lead items of minimum 8-12 weeks MOQ applicable.

Warranty does not apply to products assembled by a third party or the client. The company (Galleria Design FZ LLC) is not liable for the durability, damages or any incident caused by such assemblies. The only valid warranty is for items assembled by Galleria design FZ LLC's specialists along with the certificate provided by Galleria Design FZ LLC, exclusively covers manufacturing defects by the manufacturer. Product replacement is contingent on approval from the manufacturer, and Galleria Design FZ LLC does not guarantee it.
